$300 USD is the rate for the work of the week, and you can learn more about my rates and our process here.

Your payment includes:

  1. The full session hour (not a therapy hour, which is generally 50 minutes)

  2. An email right after our session with curated guided audios, practices, exercises, resources, and considerations

  3. A check-in email four days later for accountability and support

Immediately after the session you'll be emailed the option to pay via Venmo, PayPal, or Square, which accepts all major credit cards and Google Pay.
