Rates & Our Process
Sex and intimacy coaching for couples and individuals that’s trauma-informed, somatic attachment therapy-certified, and body-based requires a financial investment and a weekly time commitment to yourself and/or your partner and your relationship for a minimum of five weekly sessions.

Available on Tuesdays?!
Through December 31, 2024, I am offering $50 off sessions on Tuesdays with a three-month agreement.
Let me know you can meet on Tuesdays, and we’ll make it happen.
Our Full Process:
DISCOVER: Assess before we do a consultation if we’re a good fit to work together.
SCHEDULE: Book a free 15-minute phone consultation at a time and on a date that works for all of us.
INTAKE: Answer personal questions to share a picture with me of where you’re at and where you want to go.
CONSULTATION: Connect in a low-risk way over the phone to share what you’re experiencing and feeling and what was the catalyst for reaching out for support. I will call you.
AGREEMENTS: Read and review our trust agreement and service agreement (this is the online relationship one) so the expectations you can have of me and the expectations I can have of you are clear between us.
PAID TRIAL OR DISCOVERY SESSION: Schedule an in-person or online session where we’ll meet for a full 75-minutes for couples or a full 60-minutes for individuals for an embodied sense of what it’s like working together and to deeply clarify what you want to be experiencing and feeling around sex, love, and relationships. You'll pay for the session afterward through Venmo, PayPal, or Square through an email I send you after our session is over.
SIGN & PAY: After we all decide we want to work together, sign the trust and service agreements (if you haven’t already), pay the flat rate via Venmo, PayPal, or Square (which accepts all major credit cards and Google Pay) or set up paying the three automatic payments through Square.
SCHEDULE: Set up all twelve sessions on everyone’s calendars so your nervous system can soften knowing you’ve made a commitment to show up to what’s important to you every week.
SESSIONS: Meet to co-create a curated, desire-based journey based on your needs instead of a one-size-fits-all methodology.
HOME PLAY: Engage embodied exercises, practices, and exercises as well as resources to strengthen your connection to yourself and/or your partner.
ACCOUNTABILITY: Receive emails from me in between sessions to guide you to focus on and apply what you’re exploring with reminders that you have support.
ASSESS: After an initial three-month period, assess whether continued weekly sessions, every other week, every three weeks, once a month, or on an as-needed basis supports your integration and continued thriving.
How I Invite You To Feel When We Work Together:
Present and connected—to yourself, to your partner, and to your life.
This is the general intention we set each time we meet to work together—to be present and connected.
We practice together at the beginning of sessions, step-by-step, so you feel guided and supported as you learn and rewire the capacity to set down the past and set aside the future to be right here, right now.
With compassion and love, we acknowledge parts and pieces of ourselves that are alive and active while setting gentle and firm boundaries around what supports us to be present and connected to the moment.
Going inward, we settle, ground, and center our bodyminds to connect with ourselves.
We invite an intention to explore, to be brave, to be curious, and open.
Always honoring your own body and your own process.
Giving yourself permission to speak and communicate where you are at.
Deeply knowing there are no right answers or wrong answers as we explore.
Allowing our time together to be powerfully deep, yet supportive and gentle at a rate that’s right for you.
I invite you to celebrate and express gratitude so the sensations in your body are given time and permission to take up space to build momentum and confidence.
Exploring what you desire to feel and experience around your sex, love, and relationships, we establish a foundation upon which to build this work that we do together.
Together we’ll step back and see the societal narratives, systems, and structures that affect all of us and that specifically affect people with multiple layers of marginalization.
We’ll co-create your path forward to experience deep sexual connection and intimacy with yourself and/or your partner with support and guidance every step of the way.
You deserve to feel seen, heard, held, supported, reflected, and celebrated.
My Methodology
When we work together, I support you with the most effective teachings steeped in neuroscience, holistic healing, trauma resolution, and modern coaching blended with ancient tantric and taoist wisdom.
We use embodied exercises, practices, and toy/tools as I guide you to uncover blocks, fears, and resistance and how to hold, heal, and integrate them to reveal the wholeness and health that is within you.
The VITA™ (Vital and Integrated Tantric Approach) Method is often where we’ll start.
Foundational beliefs of this method are:
Sexuality is sacred, beautiful, powerful, and natural
Pure love is the primary force that sustains us
Meaningful relationships are necessary for a joyful life
This methodology recognizes and supports that human beings thrive by regularly experiencing states of ecstasy, bliss, surrender, divine connection, and wild freedom.
Holistic tools working with the felt sense around awareness, mindfulness, guided meditation, breathwork, pleasure practices, trauma resolution, energy work, sounding, and movement support us to resolve even the deepest challenges.
As a trauma-informed practitioner, I’ll offer and incorporate trauma resolution principles that gently support you in a slow, attentive, and loving way to bring overwhelmed, anxious, or panicked pieces into a space where they can be loved, held, and experienced from a safe enough space.
Working with me, you will develop the following skills in a deep transformational process through couples coaching or individual coaching.
Here’s How I Do It Differently Than Other Things You’ve Tried:
I destigmatize and demystify love, sexuality, sex, relationships, the bodymind, energy, and more.
I show you the path. I light up the way. I walk it with you.
I help you to dismantle spoken and unspoken expectations created and reinforced by oppressive systems.
I say the things even so-called experts or professionals either don’t know or don’t share because it doesn’t support capitalism.
It guide you toward what is authentic for you regardless of what our culture and society say we must be like.
Different responses. Different behaviors. Different stories. Different skills. Different strategies. Different practices. Different rituals.
TINY ACTS OF DOING IT DIFFERENTLY CAN LEAD TO SIGNIFICANT SHIFTS AROUND SEX, LOVE, RELATIONSHIPS, AND OUR WORLD.
Answers To Your Most Common Questions
-
Your commitment as a couple is for a 75-minute session each week in addition to time for home exercises and practices, which are usually about 15 minutes, 2-5 times per week.
You commit to meet for twelve sessions within three months with the option to move to every other week, every three weeks, once a month, or on an as-needed basis after that. -
We start with 75-minute sessions together via Zoom most weeks.
You’ll be invited to focus on two or three things in between sessions.
They are often one active practice or exercise that takes time and presence, and a second, more passive item that you can explore while cooking, driving, walking, showering, etc.
Curated exercises and practices are provided for you to do each week on your own to deepen and integrate the work we’re doing in sessions along with passive considerations.
These things may include activities from the fields of somatic attachment therapy, embodied conflict resolution, neuroscience, trauma healing, modern psychology, and ancient Tantric and Taoist wisdom led within session.
Finally, you will also receive consistent accountability and support with email check-ins in between sessions.
They exist to acknowledge and celebrate your growth and/or if you find yourself feeling confused or stuck.

Therapy and counseling are a great fit for people who want to talk about their sex, love, and/or relationship problems and gain awareness of the problems themselves.
Coaching is more appropriate for people who are aware of the problem and are committed and ready to take action to get what they want instead.
The coaching I offer involves a wide variety of tools, practices, and techniques to get you results as quickly as possible.
If you want to move from struggling or okay to thriving and flourishing, coaching is how you get there to experience and embody it.

I don't take insurance, and here's why.
First, I am a certified Sex and Intimacy Coach and not a licensed therapist or counselor. Currently the latter is more regulated and systemically supported by insurance companies who may cover a portion of rates.
Second, when insurance companies do cover services, they collect your personal data. This can include how often you meet, how long you meet for, over what period of time, and the different types of visits you have, like relationship and/or individual sessions. Insurance companies also can have access to more intimate details in your file, which often includes notes, plans, exercises, practices, recommendations, and more (Thank you to Amanda Walters for these insights).
Finally, insurance companies are in the business of extracting labor and making money. Reimbursement rates tend to be low, certain diagnoses when working with clinicians are not covered under insurance plans, and claim denial is a common occurrence.
I am here for confidentiality, greater safety, and privacy.
I am here to value my gifts and offerings to you.
Not taking insurance ensures I can protect your confidentiality to its fullest, and it means I can unapologetically earn a living that supports my family and me to thrive.

Your partner and you arrive to Zoom, and we enter into that time together with the intention to be present and connected.
We begin with a grounding and centering practice then share celebrations and gratitude prompted from the previous week’s desires and your overall focus.
The purpose is to acknowledge what is working and build off of it.
The bulk of the session we focus on naming and exploring the next steps toward what you want to experience together by talking, engaging body-based practices, and/or mindfulness and awareness practices.
At the end, I review two practices (one active and one passive) with you to explore in between sessions over the next week and beyond.
Finally we end with each of you sharing two favorite moments, two moments you’re grateful for, or two insightful or ah-ha moments.
I offer couples my two favorite moments to create a third perspective from the outside looking in, a ritual many couples look forward to and thoroughly enjoy.
Afterward I send you both an email with the two exercises as a reminder, and I check in by email four days later.
You can use this as an opportunity to check in with yourself, your partner, and/or hit reply and share with me what you’re experiencing.

Not at all.
We will discuss sex, love, and relationships and reference anatomy, but everyone will be clothed in each session.
Some clients experience some discomfort with discussing these topics, which is understandable.
I invite you to share what you’re experiencing—each session is a safer space to bravely share openly, even if that means naming that it feels awkward.
-
I live and work on the ancestral and unceded traditional territories of the current day Muwekma Ohlone tribe otherwise known as the Bay Area of California in the United States.
Because we can connect via Zoom, I work with clients from all over the world.
-
I offer a free 15-minute phone call and an online 75-minute trial session for $375 USD to discover if we are a good fit for one another.
After our time together, I send you a follow-up email with resources as well as an email checking in with you a few days later.
To reflect a committed, mutually-beneficial relationship, I require payment for my time and expertise.
If we decide to work together, next steps include reviewing and signing a trust agreement and a service agreement to make our expectations known and clear to one another.
-
Working on sex, love, and relationships can trigger fear.
Fear can influence our actions, and we may decide staying comfortable is more important than moving through difficulty and toward growth.
I value honesty and am happy to have a frank conversation with you to find out whether a desire to end our commitment to a discussed container is coming from a place of fear or because we’re not a good match.
Sometimes unexpected life events can affect your ability to fully participate in a coaching container.
If this happens, I ask that you communicate with me, so we can create a plan.
In cooperation with your commitment and agreement, I commit to working with you for a specific amount of time.
One or both people are welcome to voluntarily remove themselves from the coaching container.
However, participants who voluntarily exit or discontinue any program will not receive a refund on funds already paid.
Exiting the program early financially impacts me, and for this reason, my expectation is that you fulfill your commitment to pay the remaining balance over the duration mutually agreed upon if we don’t have an open conversation around next steps for everyone.
