this practice will guide you into deep sexual connection and intimacy with yourself with powerful clarity.
Join me for an hour long in-person workshop where I will usher you toward embodying three unique sexual archetypes within you in a gestalt-inspired practice of chair work or pillow work.
Whether you're single, dating, in a new relationship, or one that’s been through some things:
This experience will clarify, untangle, and support you to embody:
Who you are around sex and intimacy right now
Who your partner, past partners, and/or society want you to be around sex and intimacy
Who you are when you’re inviting the most amount of pleasure and your highest sexual expression into thriving sexually
FOR PEOPLE IN ALL BODIES, OF ALL EXPRESSIONS, AND IN ALL RELATIONSHIP DYNAMICS WHO WANT TO DEEPLY CONNECT, REKINDLE, & FEEL RADIANT AND ALIVE
Including queer folk, asexual people, single people, married people, sex workers, people who are dating or are in a relationship as well as those practicing CNM or monogamy
WE WILL BE:
CLARIFYING three different sexual archetypes within us
CONNECTING with our highest sexual expression
COMMUNICATING with ourselves the differences between them
HEALING the myths we’ve been told about who we have to be
CO-CREATING our sex life by applying where we want to grow, how we want to evolve sexually, and what that looks like to us
HERE IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
CREATE YOUR SPACE: Once you arrive, you’ll be invited to create a spot where you feel comfortable enough. For this event, you might set up four chairs, four yoga blocks, four pillows, or even four pieces of paper in a diamond shape (these are provided). It’s your choice based on your body’s comfort and access needs.
INTRO: I will introduce myself, and I will not invite you to introduce yourself to everyone else. This is a workshop for you and not a group workshop or community-building event.
SHIFTING: We’ll begin with a guided meditation for meeting yourself and resourcing within the space.
SEXUAL ARCHETYPES: We’ll move back and forth between four different positions and three different archetypes connecting with and embodying:
Who we are around sex and intimacy right now
Who our partner, past partners, and/or society want us to be around sex and intimacy
Who we are when we’re inviting the most amount of pleasure and our highest sexual expression into thriving sexually
SHIFTING: A gentle shift out of the practice will come with an an opportunity to process what we need to do in order to be the person we want to be around sex.
TAKE IT HOME: We’ll finish as I give you a sense of what to expect in the afterglow of this experience and how to take it home with you. You’ll receive an email from me within 24 hours with a guided audio and additional offerings for support.

Hi, there! I am Daniela (she/they).
I am a certified Sex & Intimacy Coach, speaker, and writer practicing somatic abolitionism and neo-tantra. Named one of the ten best Sex & Intimacy Coaches of 2023 by DatingAdvice.com, I support couples and individuals to experience deep sexual connection and intimacy with themselves and with their partner(s).
With over twenty years of experience coaching people one-on-one and teaching in college classrooms and yoga studios, I curate exercises and practices steeped in somatic attachment theory, neuroscience, embodied conflict resolution, trauma healing, modern psychology, and ancient tantric and taoist wisdom.
