What Transformation Feels Like
I used to think transformation had to be hard.
I thought transformation would come with a lot of pushing, with a lot of force, and with excruciating pain and discomfort.
You know...the hero's journey.
Slaying the dragons, and such.
But after seven days at a training at Haramara Retreat in Sayulita, Mexico, I've found I was wrong.
So wrong.
Transformation can be gentle.
It can happen with ease.
And it can feel beautiful.
So.
Beautiful.
Transformation feels like being surrounded by women who can communicate their needs and who can offer their support from a full well.
Transformation feels like emerging new from jenzu water dance therapy.
Transformation feels refreshing and cleansed after a temazcal sweat lodge ceremony.
Transformation feels like morning jade egg practices on the beach.
Transformation feels like breathwork.
Transformation feels like rituals. Transformation feels like playing naked in the ocean and jumping in and out of the waves. Transformation feels like holding space while another goes deep into her body. Transformation feels like a nervous system dipped in love and acceptance like hot wax.
Transformation is beauty.
It's vulnerability.
It's awe.
What's so amazing about my experience with transformation is I know how it happened.
It wasn't magic.
It wasn't some mysterious, external force.
It came from within.
It was me.
It is me.
And I can replicate it. I can guide others to their own transformation. I know what it takes to come home to yourself. I believe in the body-mind's wisdom to bring you there.
If you're curious about hearing more — jade egg, breathwork, rituals, transformation — I invite you to reach out to me. I am five months into my 600-hour, year-long, sex, love, and relationships coaching program and am offering free coaching to a select few while I'm gaining practice and experience with new tools and techniques. Sessions take place via Skype and last an hour.
I'm so in love with the idea of seeing where the wisdom of your body-mind will take you.
I look forward to hearing from you.
With much love,
Daniela
