4 Things the Heart Wants for the Holidays

A few days ago I watched James Corden's Christmas Carpool Karaoke with Mariah Carey, and since then I've been singing:

All I want for Christmas is yooooou o/~

What do you want for Christmas? What do you really, really want?

"All I Want for Christmas" Carpool Karaoke
with The Late Late Show with James Corden

I know what your heart wants!

Your heart wants attention.

Your heart wants affection.

Your heart wants appreciation.

Your hear wants acceptance.

Your heart wants to to be seen, noticed, and to be recognized.

Your heart wants physical touch, warmth, sweetness, and kind glances.

Your heart wants acknowledgment of its contribution, values, and being-ness.

Your heart wants to be included in something bigger than itself.

So this year give your heart what it really wants, and lavish yourself with attentionaffectionappreciation, and acceptance. You can even ask those around you who love and support you if they might honor your heart's requests!

Let me know in the comments section what that looks like for you.

In the meantime, keep on showing up, keep on loving, and you'll be full with all of your heart's desires.

Love and light,
Daniela
